How credits work
Every plan is quoted in AI credits. A request converts its tokens to credits at the weight of the model it names, so one number covers input, output and cache across all three models. Credits are a usage meter for your plan period, not a stored balance: they reset every 30 days, cannot be topped up or transferred, and are not redeemable for money.
A request with more than 272,000 input tokens converts at the long-context rate. The three models · Your first request

How does cache-read pricing work?
Cache reads use the midpoint between the uncached-input and cache-read rates. Under current rates, this is 0.55× the credits of uncached input. AI From U shares 50% of the cache-read savings with you.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New requests stop when your credit balance reaches zero. AI From U does not charge usage-based overage fees. Your subscription continues to renew according to its billing cycle.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
In the Polar billing portal, linked from your AI From U portal. Plans renew every 30 days and can be cancelled there.
How can I verify my usage?
Your portal shows AI credits alongside provider-reported raw-token usage, including input, output, reasoning and cache breakdowns. Recent request IDs are redacted but remain available for reconciliation.
