Refund policy
Stated plainly because a buyer should not have to read a contract to find it. The binding version is section 5 of the terms, and this page does not add to it or soften it.
The rule
Credits are delivered the moment a payment succeeds and are consumed as you use them. If a plan is not for you, ask within 48 hours of the payment and before 10% of its credits are used, and we refund it in full. After that, fees are non-refundable, including credits left unused when a period ends. This does not affect rights you have under consumer law in your own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.
Cancelling, and the other case we refund
Turn off auto-renew at any time in your AI From U portal, under Billing, or in your PayPal account under automatic payments. It stops the next renewal, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not pro-rated. A plan bought once does not renew. If we discontinue the service, we refund the unused part of your current period.
If you were charged in error
Write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. AI From U is the seller: a refund is sent back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with.
